Cleartext is using it's later to market advantage to bring new innovative feature rich services to a market and has an aggressive road map, moving through email, web, IM and mobile messaging during 2008/09. The founders have honed their market skills in organisations like Symantec and MessageLabs, both leaders in their sectors.

Managed Services
Cleartext moved into Managed Services early in 2005. ClearEmail a professional email hosting service with collaboration and enterprise class filtering was launched in 2006. ClearEmail MH delivers MS Exchange equivalent functionality at a price point that is more attractive to smaller businesses.

Rapid Progress
ClearEmail MX Managed Email Security launched in 2007 with Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Content and Image Control, Archiving and Business Email Continuity. ClearEmail MX offers comparable filtering to other established managed email security providers with the addition of email continuity and mail server monitoring services at very competitive per user per month rates.

Delivering on time
In February 2008 we launched ClearEmail EDM an outbound email direct marketing service that is designed to move marketing departments outbound email onto an outsourced platform and away from our customers corporate email systems. This eliminates high volume traffic from corporate mail servers, minimises risk of black listing whilst our outbound platform is white listed with managed service providers and email providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo!.

Q2 2008 was slated for the launch of a web filtering and url control service, this target was met and Cleartext now offers a managed web filtering service. We launched our Mail Server Monitoring service in June 2008, just inside our target date.

What's next
Q3 2008 will see a major upgrade to our hosted email and collaboration platform with tighter MS Outlook integration (Exchange comparable) and richer mobile device support. We'll also be offering application hosting with Clearspace and Clearspace Community, the former an enterprise collaboration platform encompassing blogs, wiki and document management. Clearspace Community extends Clearspace to help organisations create online communities.  

Q4 2008 will deliver a world class managed IM service, ClearIM, which is fully compliant with industry standards (XMPP) and integrated with ClearEmail.
